BIOL 103 - Life on Earth

A non-majors class with laboratory that cover key concepts in Ecology and Evolution. Taught during Fall semesters.

BIOL 201 - Principles of Ecology & Evolution

Majors-level class with laboratory that cover key concepts in Ecology and Evolution, this class is the first in the Core Biology Sequence. Taught during Fall semesters.

BIOL 425/525 - Herpetology

An advanced undergraduate/graduate class with laboratory that surveys the taxonomy, evolution, biology, and ecology of amphibians and reptiles. Taught during Spring semester of odd-numbered years.

BIOL 451/551 - Evolutionary Biology

An advanced undergraduate/graduate class with laboratory that provides students a comprehensive view of macroevolution, microevolution, and speciation. Laboratory focuses on working with genetic data to test evolutionary hypotheses. Taught during Spring semester of odd-numbered years.

BIOL 450/550 - Field Techniques at Pymatuning Laboratory of Ecology

A summer field course that covers the basic techniques for design and sampling for ecology and conservation biology students.
